I have tried to use ‘Lose it’ and ‘My fitness Pal’, they are fine if you know how much of a serving you have eaten. You can also log your water intake too, all for free. It adjusts to allow you more calories if you exercise. You can also set a target per day in calories or kilojoules. You can even log milk you add to coffee etc in grams so you don’t have to measure it separately just sit it on the scales, zero it and pour in the milk. You can log the food you eat in grams which is a fantastic option as you can log the exact amount that you have eaten. Keeping those fibre numbers high should help. Really happy this takes the calculating and looking up pain out of calorie counting. Keeps track of how many you have left to eat based on the target intake you set.
